John Schultheis, a veteran project manager, has developed a 3-part blueprint reading course targeted for new project engineers, assistant superintendents, field staff and estimators. In this course, John reviews the basics of how to navigate through a set of construction drawings, find issues and gaps in scope, develop a list of activities and put together a preliminary schedule.
